Toyota Corolla (E120): Inspection procedure
1 Inspect dlc3 terminal voltage(ts terminal)

- Turn the ignition switch to on.
- measure voltage between terminals ts and cg of dlc3.
Ok: voltage: 10 – 14 v

2 Check harness and connector(dlc3 – body ground)
- Check for open and short circuit in harness and connector between terminal cg of the dlc3 and body ground

3 Check harness and connector(skid control ecu – dlc3)
- Check for open and short circuit in harness and connector between terminal ts of the dlc3 and skid control ecu

Check and replace brake actuator assy

1. Intake air flow meter sub–assy
Inspect the intake air flow meter resistance.
Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between
terminals tha and e2.
Resistance:

System description
The ecm uses the signals from the throttle position sensor, air–flow meter
and crankshaft position sensor
to monitor the engagement condition of the lock–up clutch.
Then the ecm compares the engagement condition of the lock–up clutch with the
lock–up schedule in the
ecm memory to de ...
