Circuit description
A thermistor is built in the engine coolant temperature sensor and changes
the resistance value according
to the engine coolant temperature.
The structure of the sensor and connection to the ecm is the same as those of
the intake air temperature
sensor.

1. Cooler thermistor no.1
Check resistance between terminals 1 and 2 of cooler
thermistor no. 1 At each temperature, as shown in the
chart.
Resistance:
If resistance value is not as specified, replace the sensor.

Hint:
if different dtcs related to different systems that have terminal e2
as the ground terminal are output
simultaneously, terminal e2 may be open.

sensor) is output with dtc p0442 or p0456, ...
