Toyota Corolla (E120): Inspection procedure

1 Check relay (marking: starter cut)

  1. Inspect the relay continuity, as shown in the illustration and table.

Standard:

2 Check tvip ecu

2 Check tvip ecu

  1. Disconnect the tvip ecu connector.
  2.  turn the ignition switch position to the start.
  3.  measure the voltage between the terminal of the ecu connector and the body ground, as shown in the illustration and table.

Standard:

Check and replace tvip ecu
