Replacement
1. Remove engine under cover rh
2. Remove fan and generator v belt
- Turn the v–ribbed belt tensioner slowly clockwise and loosen it. Then, remove the fan and generator v belt and put back the v–ribbed belt tensioner little by little and fix it quietly.

1 Inspect dlc3 terminal voltage
Turn the ignition switch to on.
measure voltage between terminals 13 (tc) and 4 (cg) of
dlc3.
Ok:
voltage: 10 – 16 v
2 Check harness and connector(between cruise control ecu assy
and dlc3)
Check for open and short circuit in harness ...

Hint:
start the inspection from step 1 in case of using the hand–held tester and start
from step 2 in case of not
using the hand–held tester.

Select the datalist mode on the hand–held tester.
