Turn the ignition switch to on.
measure voltage between terminals 13 (tc) and 4 (cg) of
dlc3.

voltage: 10 – 16 v

1 Perform active test by hand–held tester(operation of circuit
opening relay)
Connect the hand–held tester to the dlc3.
