Toyota Corolla (E170): If your vehicle needs to be towed
If towing is necessary, we recommend having your vehicle towed by your Toyota dealer or a commercial towing service, using a lift-type truck or flat bed truck.
Use a safety chain system for all towing, and abide by all state/ provincial and local laws.

1. Inspect brake booster
Airtightness check.
Start the engine and stop it after 1 or 2 minutes. Depress
the brake pedal several times slowly.
Hint:
if the pedal goes down farthest at the 1st time, but gradually
rises after the 2nd or 3rd time, the booster is airtight.
