Toyota Corolla (E170): Using the steering wheel switches to change audio source
The audio source changes as follows each time the “MODE/HOLD” switch is pressed.

1 Check combination meter assy
Remove the combination meter assy with connector still
connected.
check voltage.
Jack up either of the front wheels.
Shift the shift lever to neutral.

of the connector on the wire harness side with
the connector connected to the ecu.
When no measurement condition is specified, perform

Hood
Release the lock from the inside of the vehicle to open the hood.
1 Pull the hood lock release lever.
The hood will pop up slightly.
2 Pull up the auxiliary catch lever and lift the hood.
3 Hold the hood open by inserting the support rod into the slot.
