Toyota Corolla (E120): On–vehicle inspection
1. Washer motor
- Operation check
- pour the water into the washer jar with the washer motor and the pump installed to the washer jar assy.
- Connect the battery (+) to terminal 2 of the washer motor and the pump, the battery (–) to terminal 1 of the washer motor and the pump. Check that the water comes out from the washer jar.

gauge set: 5 v / div, 50 ms / div
condition: during cruise control driving o/d switch on.

Replacing light bulbs
■ Headlight high beams
1 Turn the bulb base counterclockwise.
2 Pull the bulb out while pressing the lock release of the connector.
3 Replace the light bulb, and install the bulb base.
Align the 3 tabs on the light bulb with the mounting and insert.
4 Turn and secure the bulb base.

Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to the terminal
and negative (–) lead to the horn body, and check that
the horn blows.
