Toyota Corolla (E120): Inspection procedure
1 Inspect dlc3 terminal voltage(tc terminal)
- Turn the ignition switch to on.
- measure voltage between terminals tc and cg of dlc3.
Ok: voltage: 10 – 14 v
2 Check harness and connector(dlc3 – body ground)
- Check for open and short circuit in harness and connector between terminal cg of the dlc3 and body ground
3 Check harness and connector(skid control ecu – dlc3)
- Check for open and short circuit in harness and connector between terminal tc of the skid control ecu and dlc3
Check and replace brake actuator assy

The monitor will not run unless:
mil is off.
Fuel level is approximately 1/2 to 3/4.
